Question about Dell Inspiron 1150 Latitude D600 14.1 LCD Display-LP141X14 CD-ROM Drive
Start,Control Panel, click on Power Options, then Edit Plan Settings. This allows different brightness settings when plugged in or while using battery This is for Vista but XP has simlar options.
