Re: unknow detect processor
The Asus website, www.asus.com, will have the files you need. All you need to do is lookup your board under the support section and select the o/s you are using. The updated bios will probably fix your detect processor problem. Hope this helps.

Sounds like you need to go into the Bios if you know how and adjust the thermal values in there. I suggest checking heatsink on cpu is seated correctly and add a fan to increase airflow in side the case. Seems like a heat problem from what you describe.
Try resetting you're bios...other than that, try replacing the connector (not out of the realm of possibilities it could be bad or not seated properly.) Try plugging it into another connector. Chances are, resetting the bios will probably do the trick. Other than that, the drive may be bad.
This Is A Processor error Message, CPU ( Central-Processing-Unit ) INT ( Intermittent Fault ) wrong Type Installed. ( Faulty Processor ) Disconnected Fan-Wire To Motherboard ?
Or if It,s INIT Then It Fails To Initialise The CPU.
Is The Board Auto-detect Settings ? Or Jumpered ?
