The best place to find drivers that originally came installed on your computer is on the cd that came with your system. If you do not have that then the other place to look is at the computer manufacturers website under the support area. All you should need to do is look up your system model and select the files/software for the operating system you use. Hope this helps & please take a moment to rate this solution. Thanks.

I have NOTEBOOK hcl p7910 SN 2074AX315576 . Its lcd monitor glass got broken . It is to be replaced. help me

You can replace the screen yourself yes. And you can get a replacement screen on Ebay a lot cheaper than from most other places. To change the screen just put your model number in the search box google or what ever you use, and you will find several viideos on line showing you exactly how to replace your screen. It is not a hard job at all, just take your time and do it step by step.

My laptop battery is not chrging the laptop.should i purchase the new one from where can i purchase and how much it will cost,,i have HCL K21 pdc notebook.reply me asap.

The answer to replacing your battery depends on which battery do you want, where do you want to buy it, how fast do you need it, and how much you want to pay.

The quick answer is to buy a NEW exact model battery for your same model laptop off eBay, but I strongly recommend you need a new one with some type of warranty.

Most local laptop repair stations will not carry your specific model (it would have to be ordered) and it will likely be far more expensive because they have high operating costs, have to pay the full wholesale price , and have to provide the manuafcturer warranty.

The low price, speed in shipping directly to you, and potential increased battery life due to improved battery design point that the best deal may be on ebay, however I should note a concern about 3rd party batteries... Some OEM laptop manufacturers have had problems with OEM batteries overheating in laptops due to manufacturing defects as noted by recent recalls from HP, SONY, Dell, and IBM.

Use of 3rd party batteries (not OEM) may void the remaining warranty on your laptop since the battery could be purchased from a company not approved for the OEM laptop to sell their parts. I have never had this battery overheating problem, but youe should be aware of these concerns.

Laptop problem

hey

Pranay first of all you should avoid using software which are pirated and opt for original windows.

as you said your screen goes blank for that you need to scan your system with a free software which is Hijackthis which is available on google.com scan and send paste the log file in this window and I will tell you what has to be done. Moreover you need to scan your system with sav32cli antivirus which will scan your system at the command prompt.
