Your card is showing signs of improper removal or virus infestation. I would run a virus scan on it at once, back up any remaining data (after scanning of course), then follow the instructions when you remove the card from your computer. Not shutting down the card before removing is similar to turning off your computer without shutting down first. Usually it's ok, but it can cause data loss.

Good luck.

Place the micro SD card into your card reader on your computer.

It will be in plain text.
Remove the SD card from the computer and place it into the device for which it is used as storage.

How to unlock micro sd memory card, when i forgot my password

Recover an SD Card Password b> Secure Digital (or SD) memory cards are one of the most popular forms of digital media storage. When using SD cards with a mobile device, you can set a password to protect unauthorized users from viewing the files. However, sometimes, you may lose the SD card password. If you have access to the mobile device, recovering the password is a simple process. If the mobile device is not present, the only way to recover the password is to reformat the device.

Download and install a file explorer application, such as FExplorer, X-plore or Best Fileman onto the mobile device. http://download.cnet.com/f-explorer/3000-2094_4-75758737.html Run the application on the mobile device. Select the "Find" option. Type "MMCSTORE" in the space provided. Connect the mobile device to the computer via either a Bluetooth connection or the connection cable that came with the mobile device. Send the "MMCSTORE" file to the computer. Rename the "MMCSTORE" file "MMCSTORE.txt" on the computer. Open the "MMCSTORE.txt" file on the computer. Write down the password located in the "MMCSTORE.txt" file. b> Using a PC b> Download and install the SD Formatter program from the SD Association website. http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/ Insert the SD card into the computer's SD card reader. Run the SD Formatter application. Select the SD card from the drop-down menu and click the "Format" button. Formatting the SD card will reset the password. However, the process also will remove any data that is stored on the card. Allow several minutes for the SD card to format. Hope this helps.

My memory card is automatically password protected i don't know ho w to unlock it. i'm using nokia 3109 classic, the memory card is accessable only in this device asking for password, it is not...

The best solution for your problem is to recover your files using recovery software and after recovery, format the memory card. After formatting your memory, plug your memory card to sd adapter and check it still the same or the password is gone. If the password is still there, in that case you have to buy a new memory card, hence you already recover your files so much better to start saving data with a new memory card. Have a nice day!
