SC400 cannot be cleared by the user. This is a fatal hardware error code. Call you dealer or repair company to get it fixed.

I don't know what is your printer model, but I am sure, that this mashine needs cleaning. The main problem should be that the ID sensors of image transfer belt are dirty. You need technical skills to do that.

5. SPC PCB connector is disconnected.

sc400 is a process control error. Did you just replace the all-in-one toner cartridge? If so, take it back out and try again -- it might not have been in all the way. If the error still occurs, check the contacts between the toner cartridge and the machine -- they may have gotten bent or dirty.

Your carrier has the SPC code or another way of master reset for you. Just remember to have your EIN # serial # and all the info behind the battery of your phonr for the tech dept.
