Solution :
In Service mode / Copier / Function / Part Check, energize M4 (the Fixing Drive motor). If the Fixing Drive motor does not come on, replace M4 (part number FH6-1848-000).

you access service mode by pressing ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS-2-8-ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.
The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.
