I don't have the software CD and I can't access through 10.0.0.2, it always tells me it is a broken link. How can I configure the settings for my router?
- Reset the router (10 seconds)
Access the configuration page (10.0.0.2)
or
Try to assign a static IP address to the computer (IP 10.0.0.52 Automated SubnetMask, Default gateway 10.0.0.2)
Access the configuration page (10.0.0.2)
(Note: Make sure that your computer is physically connected to the LAN ports of the router and your modem is connected to the WAN or Internet port.)
Thanks, Yah the computer has its own workgroup that can manage to the network but on the XBox, I don't know if you can assign it's own workgroup so that you can check if they will going to detect with each other?
Aside from that the operating system of the computer and XBox are different which other.

Just download and install free open-source Router Commander program, that fully compatible with your router. This program designed to prevent router to hang. Very recommend. I solved my hangs problem with this software.

Well, I managed to get to config by assigning that static address, so thank you for that. But now the wizard can't pick up my modem. All I'm really trying to do is run my pc, modem and 360 through the router. I'm having no problems getting online, both the pc and xbox are reading the modem and using the connection. However, the pc and xbox aren't detecting each other, whereas I was able to share media between the two when I was just using a mobile broadband connection. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Well, I have been in touch with the manufacturers and... Apparently I'm using the wrong device! I've been told I'm using a modem/router when I actually need a wireless router. Of course, this means I have to buy wireless network adapters too, but that's a price I have to pay for my own ignorance, I guess (I know nothing about this stuff). Well, thank you for your help, Lalaro. I apologise for wasting your time.
