If the brain senses water in the floor then the machine will shut down. You have to remove the water, and find the leak. The moister sensor keeps your home from flooding should the tub get a terrible leak from a ruptured hose etc. You mission should you decide to accept it Mr phelps is to locate said leak and eliminate it before you have nasty clothes up the kazoo.
