The microwave onmy thermadore cj302 does not warm food, and I keep getting a F64 reading on my oven preventing the oven from getting warm.

F64 will appear if lower oven air switch does not close. If air
switch does not close the mode is cancelled after about 45 sec-
onds.

fan issue. search for another post I did to repair this.

f64 is a code for the lower oven cooling fan.

f64 for the lower, f34 for the upper cooling fans.

air flow/fan issue. either bad fan motor, air flow switch or relay board.

Hi, i found out from Thermador customer service that error code F64 means that the lower fan switch (located inside the bottom trim on the right side) is not being detected as closed. In my case, this was because the header (P4) on the Display panel had broken loose from the PC board and was no longer making contact. P4 is where the lower fan switch wires connect to the control boards (actually the display panel).

I just found out my baking oven doesn't work and I hear the fan for the convection roast, but no heat. I had the appliance man out and he said that I need a relay board! Big bucks and they don't make this model anymore. Moreover, the microwave and warming drawer work fine. This is ridiculous!

Oh there are many things to check here.
1.look at the wheel base turning the plate that rotates your food for crumbs or sticking pieces of food.
2.check that the wheels are not worn down.
3.There can be a problem in the bearing, or linkage, or motor that spins the plate!
Do you get a error code?
How old is it ?
