Question about Bushnell Telescopes

Unsure of correct assembly for Bushmaster SE114900

I recieved the telescope as a gift. As this is new to me I found the assembly to be quite baffling as the instruction guide was not very well translated or descriptive enough. Therefore I assembled the telescope purely from a rough guess by looking at the diagrams, I have no trouble seeing through the scope for alignment (cross-hair), but see absolutely nothing through the telescope lense. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Tess.

Hi i have put my bushmaster telescope together but the picture is upside down. how can i fix this?

All astronomical telescopes provide an upside down view. To use it for terrestrial viewing buy an erect image prism or erect image eyepiece

What scopes should i use for a bushmaster f700

Your question does not make any sense.

Do you mean what EYEPIECE should I use? The one with the largest number written on it. Do NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.

You just bought a toy telescope by the way, Read my TIPS on my profile page.

Not very much. They are considered "toy" telescopes.

Bushmaster 8 inch reflector fine mirror scratches

No they cannot be removed. The mirror would need to be recoated, which is too expensive for your scope.

However, tiny scratches probably will not affect your view through the telescope. (maybe)

Bushnell 700x76

Just got a 78-8831 and set it up according to instructions. After inserting lens into eyepiece, I can't see anything at all. Dont worry, I've removed the front cap from the the main telescope.

Something leads to believe I'm either missing something real fundamental or my telescope is broken. Please help
