Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
Just goes dead without any warning...I have to remove the battery and do a re-boot...Why?
This problem just started 3 weeks ago and it has gotten worse. In the middle of a conversation the phone goes dead (black screen and all)
This sounds like a faulty BB or the battery is faulty. Try replacing the battery first if not then try latest firmware, if that doesn't work the new BB device.
I hope this Helps,
