Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I don't think that I can help you with obtaining a license for whichever M-Audio software you have, but you can reinstall the Realtek driver here:

My sound is not working. When i check it shows that "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". I tried by re-installing Real-tec...

Hi,

You can reinstall the sound drivers from the Acer recovery management, to do so:

Start Menu> All Programs> Acer erecovery management> Restore> Restore Application
& Drivers> Contents> Select Realtek and install it

OR

Got to http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/

Select the computer model
Select Operating System installed on your computer
Click Drivers
Select Audio (Realtek) and download it.
Once downloaded, install it on your computer.

And if the issue persists,
then it appears that some of the the Windows files are corrupted on your computer, you can restore the computer back to factory default,to do so, follow the below steps: Turn OFF the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction.

NOTE: This will erase all the data on the computer.

Thanks and regards,
Jitha

Before you install the RhD audio driver, you'll need to install another bus driver called Uaa Bus Driver, please click on the link to download.. Microsoft Uaa Bus Driver download Open the link and wait for few seconds, it'll automatically start downloading, if not click on the blue link "here to download" just below the advertisement. I accidently uninstalled realtek audio consol manager

Try to restore the previous settings of your computer. There's an option to restore that, open the start button, click programs, click accessories, click system tools and choose system restore. Choose the previous date to go back to the restore point.

No sound !!!

Hey that realtek program is an important driver and is the reason you can't hear anything. The realtek website has some downloads, but I am not exactly sure which one you need. I've tried to look but I can't find anything. Maybe you can find out more specifically what realtek thing was erased. Hope this helps.
