Question about Dell Photo 964 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I select scan mode, hit the check button to preview, hit the start button and that is as far as it goes, it does not go onto my computer
Try using the Dell all-in-one center instead of straight from the printer.
Start->All Programs->Dell Printers->Dell Photo AIO Printer 964->Dell all-in-one center

How is it connected? Via usb? Have you tried powering the printer and pc off and back on? Try to print something, go into your print que and make sure that there are no errors. If using usb, try another port if you have one. Also check your ink levels. HP AIO wont work with low ink levels.
