Question about Insignia 37" LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
Hi! I have a problem with my Insigna 32' TV. Most of the time, there's red color appear on the screen when I watch tv or dvd. It's not really a line... it's everywhere like if I push spray paint.
I try to move the TV in another room. I also buy some better cable at Future Shop. Nothings seems to work. My warranty is over.
Could you please help me?
P.-S. -- Sorry about my English. I speak Freanch.
This most likely a problem with the back lights and inverters circuits. The back lights may be receiving low voltages from the inverter circuit causing the led's not to function correctly. This needs to be tested by someone who can check the inverter circuits for correct voltage levels and the backlights for proper functioning. This usually has to be done in a service center.Try this website for Help and possible repair.
