This is usually a connection problem. Try resetting your router by unplugging it for 15 seconds and then plugging it back in. It may be that your PS3 is too far away from the router to get a good enough signal to play the video.
Have you check that the ip address used has all the permissions from the router used?
another problem found is that the ip address used from your router may need to be renewed and that can only be done by powering off your router for at list 30 minutes before turning it back on to have a new ip address!
