Calabras, you are right it is heat related but there is no bulb or lamp in this set. There is a design flaw that causes this. There are several threads in this section that detail precise fixing instructions.

The dismantle is not the same but soldering the chips on the orange ribbons is exactly what you need to do. So pay attention to that part of the tutorial.
