Re: iphone only see apple logo and itunes logo in a dark...
If it got wet, you can bring it to any Apple Store. Nine times out of ten they will replace it for $150 to $200 dollars. Unless they determine it is a manufacturers defect and you are still under warranty, then you want have to pay anything. they will usually just replace it for you.
Otherwise, you may have to pay up to $200 for a replacement.
Hope this helps...Let me know...

iPhone into DFU mode so you can do an iTunes firmware restore follow these steps: Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac. Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. The iPhone screen will remain black : It may take a few attempts to get your iPhone into DFU mode. Generally, I hold down both buttons then release the Home button just before I think the Apple logo would appear. If you are still holding both buttons down and you see the Apple logo you are holding them down for too long!
1. Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your System (PC/Laptop).
2. Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time
3. After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.
4. The iPhone screen will remain black

then try to perform the restore on itunes, if that did not work post a comment so I can assist you.
Press-hold the Home button (big circle below the screen) and the Sleep/Wake button (on top of the iPhone) simultaneously.
Continue holding both buttons (Ignore the "Slide to power off") until the iPhone shuts off and begins to restart.
You may let go when you see the silver Apple logo.
You have completed a hard reset successfully.
Don't be alarmed that it takes quite a while to load from the Apple logo to the main screen. This is normal.
If this does not work, put into recovery mode and restore from itunes. Step One Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac.
Step Two Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
Step Three As
soon as the screen goes black release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue
holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you
that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.
To resolve this issue, you will need to restore your iPhone to factory settings This means any data (music, movies, contacts, etc.) will be erased and the iPhone brought back to it's factory settings (like the day you got it). To do this, follow the steps below: 1. Make sure your iPhone is disconnected and powered off. If it's not already, hold down the power button until the "Slide to Power Off" message is displayed and swipe to turn off. 2. Connect the USB end of the data cable to yourcomputer, do not connect the other end just yet. 3. Connect the other end of thedata cableto the iPhone and immediately press down & hold the "Home" button. 4. Continue to hold down "Home" button , until the iTunes logo appears and the USB connection is displayed on the iPhone's screen. 5. Open iTunes (if it hasn't opened automatically) and a message stating that it has found an iPhone that is in recovery mode. (If you don't get this message and the iPhone just boots like normal, then the timing between connecting the iPhone and holding the home button wasn't fast enough. Try again from step #1). 6. Click the "Restore" button and iTunes will automatically download and install the latest iOS version for your iPhone. The process should take about 20-45 mins, depending on your internet connection. Once complete, the iPhone will reboot and will be restored to factory settings. Since iTunes requires that all data be synced through there, if you have made any backups to your iPhone, you'll be able to re-sync your information back to your iPhone at this time.
Some useful tricks,
1.) Try pushing and holding the power and home buttons for 25 seconds.
2.) Try connecting to iTunes and do a full restore?
a. If you are experiencing the same, try this:
b. Hold buttons sleep + home until iPhone turns off;
c. Open iTunes;
d. Hold home button and plug the phone to your computer. The phone will turn on and the iTunes + Arrow + cable screen will appear.
e. ITunes will recover you phone from unsuccessful recovery process.
