Question about EA - Electronic Arts Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09: All Play for Nintendo Wii
We have tried to set up two players but cannot seem to add the second remote. Where and how do you add the other remotes? How do you customize the golf clubs
Tried that, but the 2nd remote won't respond when we try to use it to pick second player. My question is why in the world would someone create a game that is sooooo difficult to play!? Picking two players with two remotes shouldn't be so hard to do!!!

Yeah, that doesn't work. The second remote doesn't do anything, so you can't pick your player with it.
Apparently you press the Home button, and then at the bottom of the screen there's a way to set up remotes. Why EA implemented such a POS UI is beyond me, but the rest of the game is similarly pathetic. There's a crippling bug that prevents you from being able to swing the majority of the time; you're supposed to point the control at the floor and press the B button, but when you do it just sits there telling you to do so. You have to repeatedly toggle the B button, sometimes dozens of times, to get the thing to go into swing mode. And the controller wasn't the problem, because it worked fine with Wii Golf.
Putting is absolutely disgraceful. Hooks and slices don't work, despite the tutorial describing how you're supposed to execute them.

When you first start the game, select "2 players". This is on the same screen as where you pick what course and how many holes you want. Press "+" when done. When the screen comes up for you to select the player, use the 1st remote to pick you guy and hit "+" when done. Now player two has to use their remote (#2) to select their guy.
If the first person selects both players with their remote, you will have to share the remote. Each player must choose their own guy with their own remote.
Hope this is of help.
