They are the only ones who can help you find the information you need. Thank you for using FixYa and have a nice day!

1.Go to the url below http://www.rcaaccessories.com/rcaaccessories/RcaaccessoriesProductDetail.do?ACTION_TYPE_ID=ACTION_TYPE_PRODUCT_DETAIL&ACTION_CATEGORY_IDSTR_CATEGORY_UNIVERSAL_REMOTES&ACTION_PRODUCT_ID=RCR312W
2. Scroll down and select the "Support and Manuals" tab.
With your model number at hand, check the RCA website for a later code list.
If you are the exception, you might find one.
Most all remotes have a 'search' function that lets you scan through all of the available code sets but this feature will, in most cases, provide only minimal functionality such as Power, Volume and Channel.
In truth, there isn't any such thing as a 'universal' remote, including the 'learning' remotes; I have one of those and it is unable to 'learn' from either of my later sets' remotes.
At best, these should be called (honestly) 'multi-brand.'
Hold button down for unit you want to program. (TV,DVD,VCR) Then hold down on off button at same time. On/off button will turn off then come back on. When this happens push the play button. Wait 10 seconds and then push again. Repeat until unit turns off. Once unit turns off push rewind button one at a time until unit turns back on then push the stop button.
