check out power supply then cpu fan is running and video card works and ram is in all the way make sure that all the power plugs are in the right places as well on the board

turn the computer back on ! (: lol

on the 416, click on the "machine status" button next to the lcd screen. scroll down to number 09, which is "Total Print Counter".

Service will have to come reset it. If you changed it from the default of login: 11111 and password of x-admin

Error code means that:
H2 Thermistor Open

Hi, I made a mistake, sorry. It is not a 423 Greyscale etc.. that I own but a Xerox Workcentre pro 420 black and white photocopier. I have but no manual to find out how or if it has a 'mirror' or 'inverse' function. Thanks
