I bought avid juicy ultimate front and rear brake set no upper clamp to secure brake to handlebar, match maker setup was used. How or where do I find oem clamp?

I am assuming you are looking for the clamp portion of the brake lever.

If you do a google search for the following you can find several options on-line, or go into your local bike shop and have them order for you, they may even have in stock if they do alot of work with Hydraulic brakes.

Search: Avid Juicy Brake Lever Clamp or Avid Hydraulic lever clamp.

Here is a link as an example of a result.

My juicy ultimate brake lever (rear) has a lot of play and retracts slowly after engaging.

Have you ever oil & adjust the wire cord?
If no then oil the brake and adjust the wire cord which is being adjusted with the bolt-screw type mechanism. If you don't know the braking mechanism visit the authorized mechanic and show them as it is crusial part.

Jammed Avid Juicy 5 brake piston

Sounds like you need to strip down the caliper and clean it out im afraid. How about trying a LBS?

(usually its caused by a dry seal and the piston has to be forced out by putting an air line onto the caliper bleed nipple and blasting air into it to force it out - *be careful if trying this!!**)

Avid juicy ultimate, rear disc brake vibration and noise

It is a lose bolt somewhere, OR somebody has touched your rotor with their hands OR there is oil in the pads.

Check ALL your bolts for correct torque, buy new pads and Rubbing Alcohol and install them AFTER you clean off the rotor and your hands with the Rubbing Alcohol. TRY not to touch the rotor or the pads with your hands.

My Avid Juicy 3 front brake seems to pulsate when pressure is applied to the brake lever and the braking is very uneven...almost like a pulse of sharp braking at one point of revolution. Is there an air...

The brake disc may be warped from excessive heating. This may be caused by a dragging brake pad. the disc may have been bent from an impact.
This can also be caused by the pins holding the brake caliper being stuck. Try some WD40 on them and tap them (gently) to free them.

Bought a set of avid juicy seven ultimate brakes,i squeezed the brake lever and now the pads are shut tight how do i slacken them off again!

take the wheel out insert a very large flat bladed screw driver up into where the rotor would sit and lever the pads back in very gently with the screw driver.

if this does not shift them they will need re-built by a Sram bike shop.
