That's not unusual, it's about ten to 15 degrees over where you would like it to be, but right at the borderline of overheating. You need to add more cooling, either add a couple of fans, or get a better cpu cooler. Com/tiger, or newegg, has everything you need. The cheapses way is just to add a couple of larcer displacement fans to blow more air into the case, in the fron of the case, and add another in the rear of the case to pull out the hot air, get a flow going. If you can do a case mod, you can put one on top, and another on the side, which is what I have, it can be done for around 20-40 dollars, depending what you purchase. You should have used some arctic silver between the heatsink and fan, to get better heat dissapation.

A suitable graphics card will help your computer system display better graphics. You will need a graphics card and maybe you could do with at least 1GB of RAM.

Take care!

Ok it was not your power pack but your setup in my opinion needed some extra Watts.

This problem is to do with heat, your PC is getting to hot and is shutting down to prevent it from being permanently damaged.
Click here for Hardware monitor, on the right hand side of the screen, click 1.16 setup, english
Click here for GPU-Z, click TechPowerUp GPU-Z v0.4.7

This will download both Temperature monitors.

Temperature's on the CPU should NOT exceed 30-40 degrees.
Temperature's on the Graphic Card should not exceed 65-70 degrees.

To solve this problem you must clean your whole computer case and components of dust. Particular attention must be given to the Processor and Graphics Card. Use a paint brush and a vacuum cleaner. Dust cooler off outside if neccessary.

Cooler Temps mean better Performance and a longer life span.
Ensure that the thermal interface paste is sufficient.

Install as many Fans as possible.

Please take the time to rate this solution it is the thumbs up on the top right hand side of this solution.
Thanks

I am using amd sempron LE-1100 i want to upgrade to a gaming pc so that i can play the sims3. so if i like to upgrade to amd athlon x2 how to know my socket type. please help

Your socket is AM2. You can put any AMD processor that has AM2. If the processor is AM3 just upgrade the bios of your motherboard and it should work. If you need further assistance, just leave a comment. Cheers

amd is better for online gaming and grafix, from my personal view they also can take more power, than a standard dual core intel proccessor so id advise you to go for Amd if its for online gaming

AMD Athlon 64 X2 +6000 "system idle process: %50" ???

Hello... It would be helpful if you post which Video card you are using and the Operating system. The below details are assuming that you are using Win XP. Actually you need to understand the system idle process in the inverse meaning. More percent of SIP indicates that there are no running processes capable of utilizing the processor to its max. Theres nothing wrong with your processor and the dual core optimizer you installed is good enough to care of your processor from overheating.
Now the frames in the games you play might be due to a entirely different reason.May be you should decrease the graphic detail like high resolutions and advanced textures. Please play the game at 1024*768 resolution. Turn off Antialiasing,Vertical Sync. Please post the game which you are playing and the graphic card you use. Go thru these threads.
