I am having Compaq presario 12xl222 notebook. While booting the ctrl key is automatically pressed and the shortcut is activated while working with ms-office. Sometimes it is working properly and sometimes it showing this type of problem. While opening ms-word a messege box displaying the messege that " word has detected that ctrl key is pressed. Are you want to open in safe mode?". The is is responding properly when it is not automatically activated. Please solve my problem at your earliest.
