Sir, there doesn't seem to be an error code accounted for that reads E30.

That is the link to the service repair manual which also has the error codes so you can diagnose what is going on although there doesn't seem to be an E30 code accounted for.

Check the home position sensor on the transfer belt. Make sure its not dirty. Also I think there may be some aluminum tape on the edge of the belt for the home position sensor to see, make sure its still there and did get ripped off. I did't actually work on this machine but these are the usual problems on other models.
E810 is an analogy printer error related to the drum unit there may be a problem with:
1. The drum, it is not inserted if so then
a) it is not properly inserted.
b) the sensor is not detecting, that the drum is there.
c) pcb (dc power supply is not working properly.
Hi,
I would suggest that you get your hands on another hard disk copy and fixback. This is a common breakdown in z40 dont waste your time doing something else
Move HD to another PC with SCSI card then make backup of all three partitions, then boot up your RIP and restore the HD using GHost program on the C drive. Check in the *.txt file how is done. Hope this help
