Short answer, nope. Completely different connections. You'll foul the Zune if you try it. Unless the iPod connection plugs into the headphone jack, but even then, I wouldn't.

Not all iTunes video can be transferred to iPod, please make sure your video is compatible with iPod. If the video resolution or video bitrate beyond iPod limitation, even though they are mp4 video, you can't upload them to iPod. For example, some iTunes purchased movie are High definition movie, the resolution is too high to play on iPod, you can't sync it to your iPod. How to put a video on my 80 Gb ipod using mp3 rocket

You need a third party software to convert the video to the format which support by iPod.
Here I find a Video Conversion Software which could convert between all popular Video formats ( AVI, MKV, MP4, WMV, FLV, MPEG etc.) that support all popular portable media players (such as Zune/Zune HD, iPod/iPhone and PSP) and the latest iPod Nano 5G, iPod Touch 3, iPhone 3GS/OS 3.1.

Your computer most likely can not read the files on your DVD so first you need to go online and pickup a converter for converting DVD files to video files. then move them to your ipod

Ipod video

Maybe your videos aren't in the correct format. Try converting them to .mov (which is the format of quicktime). You can use "Total Video Converter" or any other video converter. Save your videos and then take them to iTunes. Connect your Ipod and check the "sincronize videos" option. breNda!
