Hello cfrisz,
I am new to the fixya and I saw that you were looking for a manual. I hope that this information can help you find one if you still are looking.
At this web they have a similar users manual or if you type in model (if there is another number on oven) number maybe they'll have it.

in the contact us section there is a form to fill out and maybe you can get one that way. I'm not sure on response time. Most company's do not mind giving people replacement manuals.
