Try replacing batterys

Try duct tape. You could attach it to the camera itself or back to the stand

im put new batter and card is not unlock doing green flasth nothing wont change how can there no reset on cam

The contacts could be the problem. Try using an eraser on the contacts to clean them. If you can't, then just spin the batteries in the unit to try to clean the contacts and retry.

re format in camera the chip ?

Sounds like the infrared light is not working, need to check with Truth cam Primos about that.

I think the camera is working fine but is limited in night photography, in order to get the results you want you will need a better camera that is equipped with the necessary technology to get results you are after. I suggest going to camera store to speak to the attending sale man that can answer all your question and help pick out a suitable camera for the job.
