"Ciphering not provided" error message

When I make a call I get this error message on the screen "Ciphering not provided by operator. Insecure transmission".

I have to press a key to remove the message. This interrupts my use of the phone.

How can I get rid of this message?

Ciphering not provided by operator insecure transmission

Ciphering is mainly caused due to old sim cards, remove your sim and reinsert it.If the problem still persists,go to the customer care center of the operator and ask for new sim with the same number ,you would probably get this for free .Insert the new sim and see to it that the problem is gone now

Ciphering is not provided by the operator,Insecure

There are two things that you can try and one of this definetely works out ,and the main reason beehind ciphering is old sim cards .
1) Try removing your sim and inserting it again ,check if the problem is resolved.
2)If the problem still persists, go to the customer care center of your operator and demand for a new sim in place of your old sim ,you should get it for free.
