How can I get another owner's manual? Is it available for download?

The place to find out how to operate the rear seats is in the Owner's Manual. Sorry, but the owner's manuals for most antique cars are not available for PDF download. However, if you do not have an owner's manual for your Dodge/Plymouth Colt, you can buy one HERE.

For some reason, the GM website does not even offer a PDF version of the Owner's Manual for 1999 Tahoe. The first year available is 2000. I don't know if they "lumped Tahoe in with Suburban or what the deal was with Tahoe for that year. Anyway, the PDF versions are available for free download but the site says to contact your local dealer to purchace replacement hard copies.

Some manuals are offered free to download, some other manuals are offered for a token payment for download, some manuals are offered in print with various shipping options, and some manuals are worth a King's Ransom.

You can get one straight from Nikon's website. They call it a 'user's manual' rather than an 'owner's manual' which could be why you didn't find it. Anyway go here, and choose your printable version (as an owner) or a non-printable one.
