Question about KitchenAid KGRA806PSS Gas Kitchen Range
The lower oven and broiler will not light. I had a tech check the flame bar and the igniter, that was not the problem.
I call Sears for info ( what a joke that was!!!!!!!)

Hi, it sounds like the oven ignitor might be bad. Remove the floor panel inside the oven and you will see the ignitor attached to the burner assembly. Turn the oven on and see if it glows. You can test the connection for the ignitor and see if it gets 120V to it. The most common problem with the gas oven is the ignitor. Most of the time, the ignitor glows but is not strong enough to open the gas valve.
Please let me know if this was helpfull or if I can assist you further.
