Question about Washing Machines
What you have is a bad drive block. Grab the agitator and snatch it off. The block is bolted to the tranny.
WH43X10009 is the part number. Not very expensive nor hard to replace. the agitator snaps onto this block. The block is plastic andit has splines in it. they wear down smooth and cause the washer to do just what you describe.Read more
