hey, it might be congested - this happens sometimes when coffee grounds get stuck in any part after a while - take the whole thing apart, including the gasket and filter and scrub everything out, then do a water run (no coffee) just to clear the thing up.

The problem might also be with coffee ground stuck in the pressure valve nozzle. Run water through it to see if it spurts out to check if there's any obstruction.

To get rid of the stuck ground in the nozzle, i once used a piece of dental floss twisted to reach within the nozzle.
