Audio drivers and diskchecking problem

I had a problem with my audio drivers i using compaqpresario c772Tu notebook can i get the solution for this
the oother problem i get is disk checking when i starts my computer
it displays disk checking of all drives

HP/Compaq no longer provides sound drivers for this model. If you have the org. CD's that came with the computer, you're in luck. Simply pop the drivers CD in, navigate to the sound driver, install.
As for the disk checking problem - let it finish. No matter how long it takes, let it finish. If you see sectors being checked, then same sectors being checked again, or sector #'s going up - then back down, then up again - drive is failing. Replace drive, and reinstall Windows.

You can download all the drivers you need for your Compaq Presario C772tu at this web link:

Please make sure to follow the steps to the audio drivers exactly as you need to make sure you have the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture Bus Driver for High Def Audio installed before you install the other audio driver.

I've read that this is time consuming but it works..good luck!

though the drivers are for c772tu.. but dont worry.. it will work fine for ur model..
