You'll need to call your carrier and ask them. Some carriers require that your account is active and paid for a certain number of months (3, 6, 9, or even a year). Each of the Rumor series phones has a service code specific to the individual phone so one code may not work with another.
Dont Worry You Can solvethis easily with the help of unlockcodes you have to type it through the keypad ............................ and you can over comeproblem easily ........... you get the code fromofficial black berry code provider itself Click Here To Get Codesto unlock your phone
HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin .
If you try pin more than few
predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be
given only by your service provider which is specific for each and
every mobile number . Do not try PUK code many times or else your sim
will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you. There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.
Have you tried waiting for it to load? And are you in a WiFi Enabled area? For me, my internet takes a while to load, since Bell has slow loading systems, esp for the LG Rumor. Also, if may not work if you're underground, such as a subway system/basement.
the lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number (unless you previously changed it when you first got the phone). This is the default for all phones - again, unless you already manually changed it. If you did then you'll need to call customer service and they will reset your lock code. Pretty easy.
