Question about Thermador C301U Electric Single Oven
We had a power outage 2 days ago; since then the oven does NOT working. The lights for HEATING and OVEN flash intermitently. We plugged/unplugged but stil not working. We have the unit working for the past 5 years with NO PROBLEM until now.
iodine, open the upper oven, look thru the grill below the control panel on the right side and there is your model number. The issue here is that when the power came back on the oven run thru a test and your lower lock motor has failed. It will need to be replaced. Yes the only way to stop this is to shut off the breaker.

If it is fan assisted then check the fan element, it is located behind a panel at the rear of the oven compartment.

The control switch may be bad on it. If there are 2 elements on the top, they both are not bad at the same time.Check to see if the wires have not burned off the control switch first. Check to see if your breakers are O.K. Turn them both(maybe 3) off and then reset.
