I dropped my cell phone in the rain and I picked it back up three hours later. When I turn it off it still vibrates, it only stops when I take the battery out. I tried taking the battery out when the phone was on, it still won't stop. What should I do?

I dropped my G1, picked it up and it was fine went home a few hours later starting going through my apps it started running weird then it shut off...I took the battery out and put it back in when i did that it vibrated telling me there was life in the battery but the screen stayed blank no G1 intro no android nothing...then screen is not black but a grayish white depending the angle you hold the phone at. I called my carrier we did the reset nothing happened its still stuck at the blank screen? Any help with this?
I can solve this problem drop the phone on the floor, the problem is that the programming of the phone has messed up and is keeping the vibrating going so either buy new phone or keep dropping the phone till it stops vibrating
