The overload at the top of the heat chamber is the one that is open.

    Thank You so very much

You can remove the back panel everything is acessed from ther, with a meter you can check for continuity of all the thermoats and heater assy, first one to check is the thermal overload fuse locate d in the middle of unit "white " usually blows when excessive temp is detected( blocked vent)

What is wrong with a whirlpool 4 cycles 3 temperature dryer that will not get hot?

First clean the vents inside the dryer and to the outside be sure and clean around the blower wheel. Check the thermal fuse, the cutout fuse & all the thermostats. Check the heating element also check that it is not grounded to the heater box. Last check the centrifical switch on the motor as the heater runs through it.
Hope this will help you

Whirlpool dryer model ler4634eq2 runs, but will not heat

Hello

No heat in your whirlpool is caused when the thermal fuse goes bad and needs replacement. As everything else is working so the problem is with the fuse which is located on the blower wheel housing inside the back panel and to replace you'll have to open it. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Dryer was running. Put in a new load and it won't turn on now. I checked the fuse box, it was good. any idea. model # LER4634EQ2

Thermal fuse. Pull rear panel off and theres a little white fuse with two blue wires on it. Its got one quarter inch screw. You can tie the two wires together and check if that is your problem - but I recommend replacing the fuse. Good luck...

LER4634EQ2 whirlpool electric dryer. heating element, thermal cut-off, and high limit are all getting continuity, but heating element still will not heat up.

I know this might sound stupid but try this. Find your fuse box, locate the breaker that runs your dryer. Flip it off and then back on. If i'm correct, it will work. Everything on your dryer works off of one leg of the 220v. The other leg goes to the other side of the element. If you have a meter. check for 220v at the plug. Everything you listed is what makes the dryer heat other than the thermostats. Check the cycling thermostats like you did the other pieces. They look like the thermal cut off. They have two wires and they are round.

Air flow and heating problem inside dryer.

???? this doesnt make much sense, can see how you would be measuring air flow within the cabinet??? air blowing out unit strong means your gettin good air flow fom within, that is a direct relation as to the amount of (hot) air being pulled across the clothing
