Viking dishwasher not cleaning bottom rack of dishes
I have a Viking dishwasher DFUD042 and it has recently stopped cleaning the bottom rack of dishes. Both wash arms freely rotate and I can't find any obstructions in the holes on the wash arms. Is there anything in these dishwashers that would cause water to get pumped to upper arm but not pumped through the lower arm?

- I have the same problem with the upper arm....the upper arm rotates freely when I turn it by hand, there appears to be some water in it, but not enought to make the arm turn and spray normally. what is the likely solution? can I remedy this myself without a service call?
