Question about Samsung Blackjack SGH-I607 Smartphone
Perform a hard reset. Unfortunately you will lose your data.
With the device powered off, press and hold the up button on the control pad (joystick - circle thingy) and then turn on the device. Keep pressing up and it should kick off a hard reset process. When the reset is done, you've got a brand new device to play around with again, at least on the inside.
On a side note, make sure you have a full battery, or that it's plugged into the wall when you're doing a reset. You wouldn't want it to run out of juice in the middle of the reset!
