While saving the document try right click and save, this will allow you to choose the location.

Have a look into your my documents folder and see if any are there also you can use the search feature. I think it is started by holding down the windows button and then F that should open the find feature. Look for your documents.

I have an email sent to me from my cousin with 4 men singing amazing grace in the coliseum in rome. i am dumb trying to download on a cd. it is a very beautiful song sung by these 4 guys. can you help me....

If you receive the movie like an attachement in your mail, save it on your computer in a location where you can find it easy and after that burn on a cd with nero or another burning cd software. If you receive just a link for this movie in your mail then you do few steps to download movie. 1-install mozilla firefox, at least mozilla 3.6 2-open google an search for "download helper" and install, this it's an add-on for mozilla only 3-after you install download helper, open movie in mozilla and go to tools/download helper and from the menu go to multimedia elements and select the movie from there in resolution you want. That's all! Good luck!

How do i scan to email

Hi,

1.Place the document that is going to be scanned face down on the scanner. Press the "Scan" button that can be located on the scanner. Another way to perform a scan is to click on "Start," then go to "All Programs." Move the mouse pointer up to "Accessories." Go down to "Scanner and Camera Wizard."

2.Click on "Scanner and Camera Wizard." Click "Next." You will be asked to choose a preference. Choose a preference, then click on "Preview" to preview the document.

3.Click on "Next" after previewing. Type a picture name and the destination where you want to save it. Click on "Next." The document will start to scan. Click "Finish" to complete the scan.

4.Go to your email account. Click "Compose" to start a new email. Look for "Attach File" and click on the "Browse" button across from it. The "Choose File" window will open up.

5.Go to the destination where you saved the scanned document. Choose the name of the scanned document. Click on it to open up the file, then click on "Open."

6.Add the necessary information in the subject line and the body of the email. Click on "Send" to complete the process. The document will be sent as an attachment file.

well, you could start by trying to save all your needed documents and files to another drive, preferrably an external hard drive, then re-format the pc, using the os of your choice, may it be windows, linux, or any. then install all needed drivers,so keep the motherboard driver disk handy, thn put the backup files you just got from your external drive, and your up and running again.

How to stop Security screens from popping up on my desktop

You have the Conflicker virus,
You will need to update your virus software and scan for virus.
If you don't have virus protection try AVG free, it should clean it up. you may also want to run Malwarebytes software.

After I have downloaded an image from my Logutech camera, I would like to send this as ane-mail attachement. how do I do this please.

Most people store their pictures in the My picture folder which is located in My Documents. You must also consider the size of the file before you send it. A large picture can take along time to download and the person you are sending it to may not happy about that. For example pictures taken from a 7 mega pixel digital camera can be huge and must be resized. Sometimes your email program will ask you if you would like to make your picture smaller to send.
How to place a picture with your email
In the email
  1. Open a New Message box
  2. Choose insert from the top menu, then choose Picture.

  1. The box below appears. Press on Browse to find the picture you want to insert.
  2. Add some Alternate Text. This shows up when the user places their mouse over the picture. Then Press OK.

The screen shot below shows that I have inserted a picture into my email. If someone sent you an email with a picture in it and you want to save it to your computer, right click your mouse on the picture. A menu will appear. Then choose save picture as....

As an attachment
  1. Open a New Message box
  2. Choose insert from the top menu, then choose File Attachment.
  3. Now you can find the picture you want, click on it and the filename box will be filled in for you. Then Press Attach. See Screenshot below.
  4. Now all you have to do it write your message and send.

I am unable to download a file. Please call me. 303-995-4469. I need to download that file today. ceredussault@msn.com

Have the person that sent you the email - re-send that email. Then instead of opening that email attachment, save it first to a location on your hard drive.

then you should be able to open it safely and completly.
