Re: printer doesn't work form the computer to the printer
You may want to uninstall and reinstall the printer. Be sure to use the Driver Install CD or download the latest from the manufacturers website.
Allow the computer to find and recognize the printer and prompt the install process.
Hope this helps...

Merhaba, make sure you download a copy f the latest driver and software for the printer form the Canon website and save them in a file titled "Canon" so you can easily find it again. Go into My Computer and open "printers". Click on the Canon and then "uninstall". This will remove it from your system. You will next need to go into "Programs" called Programs and Features in Win7. Highlight each Canon program one at a time and them select "remove". Reboot your computer and follow the installation instructions for your printer. In most cases, you will install the driver first, connect, and then turn "on" the printer. If everything looks ok, then begin installing the software. Reboot your PC and print a "Test Page" by going back into My Computer>Printer> select "canon" > properties> print test page If the page comes out ok, you're ready to go. If this doesn't work, call the Canon support telephone number for assistance. Good Luck iyaksamlar
Hi, I can't understand what "Custom size doesn''t present on your driver " means. the drver is just the piece of sofware used by windows to make your printer work. Custome size setting should have nothing to do with the driver.
Please check on the voltage on the section concerned. If there is voltage then the connectors must be checked. Also the webcam and mic can be checked seperatley to confirm the fault on the monitor unit.
boot into safe mode and run CMD.exe and type in CHKDSK and run that program to fix any errors. If there still is a problem. Grab the CD in your computer came with and install it. What I mean by that, is insert a disk into CD-ROM drive. Before turning off computer. Turning on computer and booting from CD to fix any errors. If that doesn't work reinstall Windows. Please rate me for assisting you today have a great day. :-)
whatever be the OS, get into control panel, go to printers and see the printer that you are using is set as default,,, there would be a check mark on that printer icon,, if not make it default,, and try again, If you are using a usb cable connect the usb cable of the printer to the back usb ports and try,, use the printer driver disk that came with your computer, perform a reinstallation of the driver
The printer must be calibrated or the type of sensor is wrong. Verify that the sensor type is correct for your label (gap or black mark) and you can calibrate it by pressing the FEED key for about 5 seconds approximately.
My guess is it?s probably the print head. These things are designed to print on single sheets so even though it?s probably well within specs it still doesn?t have enough force to push an image to the last page. Less likely but never the less a possibility this could also be caused by inconsistent paper in the two boxes. Continuous feed, multi-part forms in a box are made by several manufacturers and have different characteristics.
-You might try flipping the box of forms from the printer that works to the one that doesn?t just to make sure it?s not the forms. When I used to use multipart forms we would place orders for several boxes of the same form and occasionally some would be from a different manufacturer. The paper looked the same but the characteristics were way different. By the way we tried to do four-part but could never print beyond three part forms. Our fix was that we decided we only needed one in-house copy.
-If the problem doesn?t follow the paper then I would suspect the print head. Panasonic print heads are fairly easy to replace and fairly inexpensive so I would try changing it out. With a lot of use the print heads do wear out so even if this doesn?t solve this problem you?ll have a spare when your vertical characters start looking wavy?.
