Use mass storage to move your files heres how
try these drivers www.pcleeds.com/drivers.html install the drivers then remove the cable from your phone goto settings connectivity and set you phone from data suite to mass storage then plug your usb back in the phone should now be found as a mass storage device

You can't put songs that you have bought from apple. You can put songs that you have riped from CD's or downloaded. You need a micro SD card. On the phone go into options: Advance Options, Media Card. Turn mass storage mode on. Now plug your BB into the computer and a little window will open up. open the Blackberry folder then music. Drop and drag your music files into that folder. if your going to use the Desktop software go to google and type: Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5. This version comes with a media manager.

While iTunes is the only official Apple offers software to
transfer music, video and other media between a computer and the iPod and iPod
Touch devices, there are no third-party alternatives, such as MediaMonkey. The
process of transferring a video to an iPod Touch using MediaMonkey is similar
to how you would like to add a video to the device manually using iTunes.

1. Download and install MediaMonkey, which is available free
from the official website of the software. Start the program on your computer.

2. Open the video you want to transfer the library
MediaMonkey. Finding it on your computer, right click and select "media
monkey" in the "Open With" submenu.

3. Connect the iPod Touch to your computer using the USB
cable. Close iTunes, since that opens when the iPod Touch.

4. Wait for MediaMonkey to recognize the iPod Touch, click
the "+" next to a list of contents, organized by media type to
display.

5. Drag the video you want to transfer to the iPod Touch and
MediaMonkey wait to tell you the process is complete.
its easy, just follow:
1. if you don't use memory card, skip the previous step and just install the LG PC SUiTE in the CD that comes with the Viewty, then connect your phone with the computer and in the LG PC SUiTE choose CONTENTS and there you find everything in your phone, just copy & past anything, this also works if you have memory card, but if you have memory card, the below method is faster and easier dealing with data:
2. if you are using memory card, copy all the things from your folders (images, sounds, videos...etc. ) from your phone to memory card..
then on your viewty, go to menu --> settings (fourth) tab --> phone settings --> connectivity --> USB connection mode --> then choose (Mass Storage)
and then connect your phone with the computer and, here you go, you're all set and you find your memory card on pc :-)
Right, this worked for pictures and stuff, so it SHOULD work for music.
1). Before plugging in phone to computer, change the settings from Data whatever to Mass Storage, you can do this by going to phone settings, connectivity and then highlighting Mass Storage. 2). Plug in phone. 3). Wait for your computer to find the drivers and such. And viola!
Now, it probably won't connect through the connection wizard, but you don't need that cos your computer should automatically bring up a list of options and you want to click "View Folders" or something similar. If not, then go to My Computer and you should be able to click onto your phone icon and get into it from there.
That worked for me anyway, after spending nearly four hours fiddling with it.
hi, unlike nokia phones, Lg's a bit comlicated when it comes to PC suite operations, anyway it doesnt give options for the connections, as a external memory or USB mode. we can find it only by going through PC suite. For copying, open the contents in PC suite and alternativley select all the files u want to copy and jus drag them directly to contents folders. even i faced the same problem when i tried to copy, paste the items, but dragging is working.
First connect the phone using the USB cable provided. Open the LG PC Suite software. On the left hand side is a connection wizard select this and then USB. Don't change any of the port information. Once it has connected, select contents. go to your picture folder and then just drag your pictures onto it. DONE!
