Unplug power supply (black box where power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer) then put it back after 30 seconds. Once printer is ready, open printer cover to replace the ink.
Unplug the power supply(the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached) from the printer. With the power cord plugged in to a known working power outlet in the wall and the other end securely plugged in to the power supply, check for voltage output. If still none, Lexmark may be able to send you a new power supply for free. You can contact Lexmark at 1-800-LEXMARK(1-800-539-6275).
The only drivers available for this printer are for XP or lower.. Try connecting the device to the computer, and using Vista to search for a compatable driver.. I believe it should find one that is compatable with this printer..
For a Lexmark Z32, the different inks are: #60 - color cartridge (17G0060) #50 - black (17G0050) #90 - photo color (12A1990) #65 - high yield color (16G0065) #55 - high yield black (16G0055)
