I have two TVs running from one satellite

I have two TVs running from one satellite receiver. One remote for each TV, they are not interchangeable. Neither of them will turn on their respective TVs, nor will they adjust the volume or mute. Each of them will change channels. I have spent a lot of time trying to reprogram them using many different codes without success. It is very frustrating. Can anyone help.

- That is absolutely correct. The system is Bell ExpressVu in Canada.
