How to convert videos what is support format and size for samsung sch-w299 mobile

As your samsung sch-w299 mobile supports playing video in 3GP or MP4 format, therefore, you need to convert your video files into 3GP or MP4 files so that they can be played on your samsung mobile. You can use a video converter software to convert them. I recommend you use this Wondershare Video Converter Platinum which can convert video to almost any video format for different player, cell phone etc .
BTW, this Video Converter is very easy to use. For how to use it to convert video, you can refer to the user guide.
Hope that helps.

Samsung instinct

You'd think this information would be found in the spec sheet or the owner's manual or even in a PC World review, but it's not!

I had to dig up this FAQ on the Samsung site.

The video Codecs are H.263 & Windows Media and the file formats are listed as 3GP/3G2, MP4, AVI, MPG, WMV.

Another tip from their FAQs:

How Do I Convert My Videos For Use On My Samsung Phone?

Samsung provides the specifications for Video files which are compatible for your handset. However, we do not support conversion of your personal files for use with the phone.

If you have a video file that you wish to transfer to your phone for use, we recommend searching the internet for conversion software which will meet your needs.

We're happy to help and we appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.
