Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer leaking grease

That would normally signify that that particular part is getting hot. Try and get inside that head and clean the old grease off and replace with High Melting Point Grease. This is the sort used on car wheel bearings.

Trying to take apart the hamilton beach stand mixer to fix it

There should be a few screws on the underside that will allow you to remove the top. You may have to take the head off the base to do this.

Model H was discontinued in the 70's. You might find beaters either directly from Hamilton Beach or on Ebay. There aren't many small appliance repair shops any more, everything now, is considered disposable.

Hamilton Beach Model 27 (antique milkshake blender)

First off, check the supply cord. They usually dry out and the insulation crumbles, particularly at the point where they enter the body or motor. They short out. I've replaced cords on antique stand mixers I own. It can be a tricky operation.
Is the motor seized? Can you turn it by hand? (NOT plugged in, of course.)
If all else fails, send it to me and I'll fix it for a reasonable fee, if it is fixable at all.
