Question about GE GSL25JFPBS Side by Side Refrigerator
SOURCE: no water but ice is fine
Two possibilities are water solenoids on back of refrigerator. Switch the wiring on the two solenoids so when you ask for ice it will dispense water. If you get water when you ask for ice the solenoid is bad. If still nothing happens the control switch in the door were you switch from water to ice may be bad. When you determin you have found the problem return the wires to there correct solenoids. Hope this helps, Sea Breeze

SOURCE: Water and ice will not dispense
I am having a similar problem, model # GSL25JFRF-BS Through this forum it was suggested the motherboard in the back of unit may be bad, and may be under the "replacement program" due to multiple failures. Tomorrow I will call to check status of replacement. I will post the result when I have it.

SOURCE: Water dispenser not working
2 things i want you to try before you call a tech out first under frezer door there is a connector where the 2 lines connect disconect both off now actuate the water at door if you get water out the line that means your line inside door is frozen 2 if you don't get water that means your water reservour is frozen so to solve problem cheapest way is to derost it by unpluging it for maybe 2 days and if it was frozen it should go back to normal and this time keep your temps in right settings refrigerator section at 37% and freezer from 0 to 4 % at all times that will keep lines from freezing
