You will more than likely need a new phone, as it is a manufacturing defect. Unless it was dropped, or got water on it.
If you have insurance than get the phone replaced.

Please Open Your Mobile back cober & open nut,
than brushesh in keypad, it is not is posible than you get disconected your keypad connector
