Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP 1315 All in one printer does not respond . The "on" light shows it is on but no other lights at buttons are on. I am not very computer literate and have not idea what to do.
Read the installation book....install ur printer with the disc u got ....make sure u use the right one.....if u have Microsoft use the Microsoft one if u have apple use the apple one....when the disc is installing the printer do not use the pc for anything just wait and follow the prompt....and program will tell when installation is finish....u possible have to reboot ur pc after this....just follow the prompt.......good luck
