Question about Ricoh Aficio MP1600SPF Copier
Are you sure you printer is 'online" and the connection is good? Can you ping it?
I did a service call just today that the router port had died, so although properly connected, it was not communicating. Is the "green light" lit on your network port on the printer or just the "yellow"? If not, then maybe bad cable or connection from router.
